This questionnaire is intended to confirm your product's warranty and to assist us in understanding market trends in order that we can meet product demands.
WARRANTY POLICY
Henri Studio (Stonecasters, LLC) products are warrantied for one (1) year from date of consumer purchase with proof of purchase date. Should our products fail under normal operating conditions, the following guidelines apply:
1. Concrete – Consumer to provide sales receipt or other documentation (via email to feedback@henristudio.com) confirming date of purchase. If determined by Stonecasters to be the result of a manufacturing or material defect, the component part itself will be replaced no-charge.

a. Stonecasters does not cover shipping costs for replacement, though pick-up can be arranged or coordinated by the consumer to ship through the place of purchase on that dealer’s next commercial order.

b. Stonecasters does not replace non-defective concrete components or provide finish products to “match” other parts that have been replaced under warranty.

c. Stonecasters does not reimburse for discretionary costs, including but not limited to labor.

d. Warranty extends only to defects. Preventable damage as determined by Stonecasters, including but not limited to ice/freezing damage, impact damage, chemical damage, mineral/algae buildup, etc., is expressly not covered under warranty.
2. Pumps - Consumer to provide sales receipt or other documentation (via email to feedback@henristudio.com) confirming date of purchase. If determined by Stonecasters to be the result of a manufacturing or material defect, the component part itself will be replaced no-charge.

3. Lights - Consumer to provide sales receipt (via email picture to feedback@henristudio.com) with purchase date. If determined by Stonecasters to be the result of a manufacturing or material defect, the component part itself will be replaced no-charge.

4. All components other than concrete, pumps, and lights are considered “consumable” and are not covered under warranty.
5. No chemicals or additives are to be used in or on any of our products, other than those specifically noted in instructions where applicable.
